Petra Sitzenstock – Inhouse Consultation

Description

Petra Sitzenstock organized her first punk concerts at the local youth center when she was still a teenager—through a non-profit association she co-founded. Later, she worked at various agencies, where she was responsible for booking and managing artists.

After moving to Berlin in 2003, she founded the booking agency Rocky Beach Club together with a long-time colleague, which she managed until 2011. From 2011 to 2021, Petra worked at Clubcommission Berlin, where she was responsible for setting up the consulting department. Today, she continues to be active as an expert in the Club Culture Hub’s advisory pool.

Petra is also part of the Stadt Nach Acht conference team, initially responsible for project accounting and now in the role of diversity officer.
With 30 years of experience in the music and club scene, she advises musicians as part of the Music Pool Berlin team—particularly on topics such as booking, event organization, funding opportunities, and sustainable career planning in the music industry.
