Yusuf Sahilli

Yusuf is a musician, curator and consultant from Berlin, who has been traveling both as a solo artist and with a band for many years. He has played numerous concerts, released recordings and later gained a foothold in the music industry as an entrepreneur himself, including as head of his own indie label Musszo Records and event & project management agency TERMINAL 5.

In addition to his musical career, Yusuf has an academic background in business administration, which helped him to successfully position himself as an independent in the music industry.

His expertise ranges from creative event development and curation to event realization – taking a holistic approach to each project. He has a particular focus on the organization of music festivals, cultural events and conferences. His creativity, commitment and network enable him to create extraordinary events.

Currently, Yusuf also works as a consultant at the consulting network Touring Artists Berlin and is a popular speaker at various music industry panels across Germany. Since 2024 he founded his own company – TERMINAL 5 GmbH – and offers his expertise in event production, project management and consulting. He also offers his market and industry knowledge specifically applicable to the music industry as a consultant and lecturer within the Music Pool Berlin.
