Flora Lingenauber
For over a decade, Flora has worked internationally with artists and creative entrepreneurs across continents.
As an artist business coach, creative entrepreneur and long-term sparring partner, she supports artists whose work already carries substance and reach and who are developing their practice toward more independent structures and expanded possibilities.
A formative chapter of her work took place in Madagascar, Uganda and Ghana through several collaborations, including projects with the Goethe-Institut and the pan-African music initiative #YourMusicYourVoice in Kampala. There she worked alongside artists such as Bobi Wine, Megaloh, Ghanaian Stallion, MC Yallah and Xuman, whose work engages with social justice, freedom of expression and cultural change. These experiences led to the founding of her organisation taswira connects cultures e.V.
Today she supports artists in strategically evolving their existing artistic practice and brand, building resilient income structures, developing sustainable partnerships and strengthening long-term independence. This work creates foundations that can carry artistic vision and support future-oriented careers.
Her areas of focus include strategic artist development, positioning and brand strategy, financing and partnerships, as well as artistic self-leadership and decision-making
