Eva Rölen

Eva has been working in the music industry since 2010. Starting out as an artist, Eva expanded her expertise by studying international music management.

In the following years, she worked as a booker and event manager at renowned Berlin agencies and venues.

Today, Eva is the driving force behind CHICHA Music Agency, an agency specializing in booking, events, and tour services.

CHICHA Music Agency primarily supports emerging and female artists, helping them to get started and grow in the music industry.

Eva also offers coaching in the areas of booking, events, and self-employment. She is also part of the jury for the Music Board Berlin’s label promotion program and the Berlin Club Commission’s soundproofing fund.
