Simon Hoffmann
Simon specializes in leadership and startup coaching (e.g. with ignore gravity and GRACE) and supports artists, project-founders, and collectives in navigating change, making meaningful decisions, and opening new perspectives through systemic methods.
More than ten years of international performance experience as a classically trained cellist – with degrees from UdK Berlin & The Juilliard School and appearances at Carnegie Hall, the Berlin Philharmonie, among others – now flow into his coaching practice alongside his current creative
focus: (DAW-less) improvised electronic and acoustic music (Tresor, Dark Matter, Die Gorillas, e.g.) and a life shaped by communities of creatives in NYC and Berlin.
Rooted in the belief that every challenge also contains the seed of its solution, his coaching creates a structured yet intuitive space for clarity, connection, and creative resilience – combining systemic thinking, improvisation, and deep listening.
