Andreas Weckenbrock

Andreas Weckenbrock is an independent consultant, artist manager and lecturer in the music and entertainment industry based in Berlin. He develops holistic brand and communication strategies for artists and has teaching assignments at several universities. After studying economics at the Ruhr University Bochum, he joined Warner Music in 2011 and was later Director Music at the Berlin agency Guesstimate. He has been self-employed since 2022 and founded the music publishing company DECENT BEHAVIOUR in 2024. In over 15 years, he has worked with artists such as Bruno Mars, Green Day and Linkin Park and has been involved in more than 50 gold, platinum and diamond awards in Europe.
